1. How are the wallets and key chains priced?
The first wallet and key chain are full price and all additional wallets and key chains per order are discounted at 50%. The view order page will always give you a total so you will know exactly what you will be charged.

2. What compartments do the wallets have?
All wallets are bi-folds and on the left side there is one space to place a license or ID card and one slot for a credit card or similar type of card. On the right side there are three slots for cards. There are also two large areas designed for receipts, notes and paper currency, fitting money issued by all countries in the world. Finally, there are two interior compartments that can hold additional cards, a spare key or a few coins.

3. Do the wallets fit my local currency and ID card/driver's license?
The wallets accommodate nearly all paper currencies and ID cards/driver's licenses. The list of countries at question 5 should give you an idea of where people are using our wallets to hold their money and ID cards.

5. Can I order if I am not in the United States? Will you ship to my country?
We ship to every country and territory in the world through the postal service and UPS. Below is a list of all the countries we have shipped to so far:

6. How can I pay if I do not have a credit card or do not want to use it online?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards in addition to debit cards, check cards and bank cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. If you prefer not to pay directly with a card, another payment option is to open an account at PayPal where you can pay using your card or bank account without revealing your account information to us. Please see their site for more details. We also accept payments by mail in the form of checks and money orders in US dollars. Please e-mail us if you would like to complete payment by mail.

7. Can I change my order after I have placed it?
If you notice an error in the information you provided after you placed your order, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, please e-mail us immediately with your correct information. Since we send orders out within one business day, please let us know as soon as possible so your order can be sent to the correct location.

If you would like to add or remove items to your order after you initially placed it, please e-mail us with your changes. Again, since we send orders out within one business day, please let us know right away if you would like to add or remove items to your order. We can accommodate all requests as long as your order has not already been sent out.

8. When will my order be sent and how can I track it?
All orders are sent within one business day. We will send you an e-mail once your order has been sent with a confirmation or tracking number that you can use at the post office or UPS for orders going to the United States. The post office does not offer tracking numbers for orders going outside the United States.

9. What security and privacy measures do you have in place?
We use a GeoTrust SSL server to secure the order pages. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is the industry standard for encrypting and protecting customers' information. To verify that the order page is securely protected check that the web address begins with "https://". The information you provide will be used solely for billing and shipping your order. 10. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple and straightforward: You can always return all or part of your order for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you would like a replacement or refund, please contact us.

11. How long have you been selling the wallets and are you still selling them now?
We have been selling the wallets since October 2003. We are still selling the wallets and key chains as of today, July 30, 2010, and will continue to sell them. All wallets and key chains are in stock.

12. Do you sell the wallets and key chains in bulk/wholesale?
If you are interested in buying a large quantity of wallets or key chains, please e-mail us to let us know how many you would like to purchase.
