1. How are the wallets and key chains priced?
If you order one wallet or one key chain you pay full price. If you decide to order more than one, we charge full price for the highest price item and only 50% for all additional items. You can mix and match different styles of wallets and still receive the discount. Buy two embroidered wallets and the second one is half price; buy one embroidered and one embossed wallet and the embossed is half price. Your shopping cart will always show your order total.

3. Can I order if I do not live in the United States? Will you ship to my country?
We ship to everywhere in the world. Over 90 countries and territories thus far, from L.A. to Indochina to Amsterdam and everywhere in between.

4. How can I pay if I do not have a credit card or do not want to use it online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards in addition to debit cards, check cards and bank cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. If you prefer not to pay directly with a card, another payment option is through PayPal, a payment service which can be funded with a card or bank account without revealing your account information to us. We do not accept checks, money orders or Western Union. If you do not have a card or PayPal account, please contact us so we can work out a payment option.

5. Can I change my order after I have placed it?
We send all orders within one business day, so if you want to make any changes please let us know as soon as possible. We can accommodate any request, such as modifying an address or adding or removing items to your order, as long as we receive your request before we send your order out. Email is the fastest way to communicate any changes to us.

6. When will my order be sent and how can I track it?
All orders are sent within one business day from our warehouse in Saint Louis, Missouri. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped with a post office or FedEx tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your order.
